Looks like I hit 3 million steps yesterday on Walker Tracker! I didn't even notice until someone there pointed it out to me. You can see my current step count, miles, etc. in the little widget at the top of the right hand column.

My second Walden Farms order came today. They are running another special in May - buy one get one free - so I placed a third order since today is payday. I also put some money toward the "Bill Me Later" payment (how I am doing NS). I now have my first month totally paid off and can work on the second.

Anyway, Walden Farms has a line of zero calorie products. Technically, it's less than 5 calories per serving so they can say 0. I think a whole bottle of salad dressing might have 50 calories. I occasionally use these dressings along with the Salad Spritzers. Here's the link for May's special. Use those codes when you check out to receive your discount. :) There's a limit of 10 bottles per order, but you can order multiple times if you wish.

Made it to the gym today. I seemed to have better energy with a low-carb breakfast of just the NS eggs. Did an hour of weights and felt pretty strong, and a half hour of cardio on a stationary bike.

Tomorrow I am supposed to dye my hair for the race, then go for a walk with Brad. This time we'll go up the unnamed trail to the East Ridge Trail, along that, then down Phillip's Loop (which we haven't done before) to the Eucalyptus Trail. Down Eucalyptus to the Stream Trail and back to the car.

Since we didn't make it to dinner in Half Moon Bay two weeks ago we'll do that Saturday.

Thanks for the link to Walden Farms. At a local grocery, I have bought their chocolate syrup and marshmallow dip.

The chocolate syrup is thin but very good on icecream. My wife and I eat quite a bit of it.

I personally also like the marshmallow dip and think it'd make good frosting for a low-carb cake. But, my wife doesn't like the marshmallow, so I've not done much with it.

The reason I am thanking you is that I hadn't realized that Walden Farms made all of these other products! Strawberry syrup, mmmm. Carmel dip, mmmmm. BBQ sauce, pasta sauce, the list goes on and on and on...

Taking into account shipping (I'm in Kentucky), it would still be cheaper to buy from netrition.com. That is, unless you buy more than 4 items.

I bought 10 bottles! :)

I use the chocolate syrup on old-fashioned oatmeal. Yummy! And I use the salad dressings regularly.

Wow, I just saw your 3,000,000 steps post. That's amazing! I just had to spell out those zeros. Great job!

I need to click around your site more to find out what your weight lifting routine is. Your upper body strength looks fantastic! I'm out of proportion strength-wise and trying to change it. You're an inspiration!

BTW my NS blog isn't the one that shows on my blogger account, it's http://susanlosin.blogspot.com.
