Worked my sorry butt off today. With all the carbs I ate yesterday I had no trouble running 2 miles (27 min. @ 4.6 mph). I also walked for 30 minutes at a nice 3.5 mph pace, and did 20 min. on the eliptical. I'm ready for a nap, but have a whole shift ahead of me! *yawn* And tonight's my late night because it's laundry night.
Really impressed with how you've stuck to Atkins and exercise; way to go, Victoria! 60 pounds is so impressive!
