Yay! I lost 0.6 from last week! Maybe I would have done better if I hadn't cheated so much on both Friday and Saturday. I'll stick with low-calorie this week since it seems to be working.

1:15 p.m. (after workout):

3 p.m.:
medium black coffee from Starbucks

unsweetened hot tea

7 p.m.:
1 package shirataki noodles
1 oz. pork rinds
9 p.m.
1 can diet soda (sweetened with Splenda)
6 thin slices turkey lunchmeat
1 hard boiled egg
3 stalks of celery with
2 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter

10 oz. Lettuce Trio salad with
1/2 a tomato and
1/2 a cucumber and
1/3 cup low-carb, low-calorie dressing

I'm trying a bit of calorie cycling again to keep my body guessing, so today's menu is a bit higher than yesterday's.
I set a new record yesterday! 18,891 steps - 8.3 miles! :) On my walking challange I now have over 300,000 steps toward my goal if 1 million, and over 130 miles.
