147.8 today?!? WTF?!? I weight more than a did a month ago and I've stuck to my diet?!? I stayed within my calories and carbs. How the hell did I gain 4 pounds in one day?!? See? I told you my body hates me!
I actually didn't cheat yesterday! That's what sucks. I thought about cheating, but stayed in my calorie and carb limits. All I can think is too much wine. I counted it, but it could have dehydrated me and the nutritionist (well, she used to be one) who drives me to church says when that happens my body will hold onto more water. So I'm trying to drink more (plain water) today.
