I finally found someone with the correct javascript code to get my archives not just in a dropdown, but also in reverse order, newest to oldest. So no more having to go to the bottom of the list to find more recent posts. The year 1990 can sit at the bottom, where it belongs.

You are quite welcome. However, I just want to clear up one thing: that is not my code. I merely pointed you in the correct direction, to find the code which someone else has written. It took me a bit of time to find it myself, so I figured I'd help others. I prefer to have the most recent date at the top as well. I'm not sure why blogger has not opted to automatically do this to begin with, since it seems to be the most logical way to do it anyway.
I appreciate the acknowledgement, but I cannot take credit for the javascript. The only credit I can take is the post I made about it, and the link, on the blogger forum.
By the way your blog looks very nice.
