had to lose weight, and got it done.

Now that Atkins was no Clown.
The Atkins diet you'll see what it can do.
Naysayers must face your words ain't true.
Scream about it and say it's wrong
Proof is in the pudding. Check the carbs!!
That Atkins, he was right all along.
