Very tired today. Dragged through my gym time. My sugar free energy drink didn't seem to help at all.
I did one hour of lower body work with a little upper body thrown in (only exercises I didn't do yesterday). Then I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, but spent most of my time at just 5.5 mph with no incline. I just had zippo energy. I need cafeeeeeeeeine!
