A Marine corporal who was videotaped shooting an apparently injured and unarmed Iraqi in a Fallujah mosque last year will not face court-martial, the Marine Corps announced Wednesday.

I must say I am glad to hear this. I saw the video, and given the circumstances, this man made the decision to protect his life and the lives of his comrades, as well as the civiliar cameraman from NBC. The insergents could have easily hidden weapons under their clothes and figured, "We're going to die anyway; let's take some Americans with us."
Sorry folks, but as sad as any death is, this one was justified.
