Have more overtime this week - Sunday and Monday I'm doing 12 hours. Yea for the money; blah for my energy level. Got in only 2 workouts this last week. Still, it was my one week a month that I lose weight, and I did hit a new low. Yea!!!
Here's my new ticker. I'll bounce up next week; let's just hope I don't bounce as high as I did last month.
I also made a ticket that will change over time, to track how long since I began this weight loss journey.
I'm making slow but sure progress! :)
