A new low for a Wednesday at least. :) My low weight to beat is 134.8, which I hit last Friday. Another mini goal of mine is to see anything under 140 when I weigh right before bed.
Went to the gym today. My right shoulder is really hurting, so I did mostly legs and core work.
Brad says he has a wedding to go to Saturday evening, so he won't be coming over until really late. Oh well. Some alone time with myself will be good. :)
