I did nothing today. Absolutely nothing. Not even my 1.5 mile walk from BART since I came to work via a different way. My bank account is overdrawn. My rent is going to go up any day forcing me to move AGAIN. Why can't I just stay in one place? :( So I'm a bit stressed.
Weekend plans are a bit different. I won't get my two hour Friday walk with Brad. A chance for overtime came up and with money so tight I begged for any overtime I could get.
I'll be working 3 pm to 7 pm, so I'll still be off before sunset. Brad said he could pick me up and we'd take a quick spin around the lake.
To make up for the shorter walk Friday we'll do another hour on Saturday after church.
Sunday is back to the gym for a full workout.
Yesterday's calorie goal was under 1400. I was really hungry so I pushed it as high as I could. I've been really hungry all week, moreso than my meds already make me.
