50 days cheat free for me! Yippee!!!

I figured out what I'm craving. It's not carbs I'm craving; it's food. This lower calorie diet has left me hungry and I simply want more food. That's kind of a relief that I'm not craving carbs; I want healthy food. Binging on healthy food does less damage than binging on carbs. :)

When I went grocery shopping I bought a 12 oz. bag of broccoli and baby carrots (12 net carbs and 100 calories for the whole bag) and devoured it when I got to work. Between that and the Dexatrim Max 2-O I'm actually feeling full. :) My carbs will be a bit high today, but as long as I stick to plan one day of slightly higher carbs won't matter. In order to keep the calories down I took out the second sausage I was going to eat.

Going to make the eggplant lasagna for the church potluck this weekend. Bought the stuff for that, and lots of salad and veggies. I've been buying hardly any meat because of using the shakes for lunch and that was when I ate most of my meat for the day.

Found a cool new product - instant tea packets from Celestial Seasonings, similar to the Crystal Light "On the Go" ones already on the market. They are lightly sweetened with Stevia. For purposes of calories and carbs I'm counting it the same as Crystal Light because it is powdered. Check the tea section at your local supermarket!

No gym so I walked the 1.5 miles from the BART station. It was trying to rain. Winter is almost here, which will cut down on my walking.

Walked over 16,000 steps yesterday. Today I should be able to break halfway to my 1 million step goal. Go me!
