I'm really happy with an 1866 deficit last week, but it's depressing when I think that a pound is 3500 calories.
Tomorrow is my official weigh-in. I hope it's a good one. I'll definitely be good today, but I am so hungry.
Made it to the gym. 30 minutes of weights, 30 of cardio on the elliptical, and 20 of walking. FitDay says 272 calories. I was craving chocolate so I took a Chocolate Royale shake with me instead of strawberry. Yum!
I walked over 10,000 steps yesterday - rare for a Saturday - by going for a 1 hour walk around the neighborhood. Whew! That tired me out, but I needed to burn the calories.
