This is a new low for me! My previous low was 139. Yippee! I know it's because I did really well yesterday due to the incident.

I'll be up tomorrow and probably next week's weigh-in, too, but that's okay. I'm getting there. I'm spending more and more time in the 130s and less and less in the 140s.
Since 138 is my goal and I met that today, and even though I know I'll be over 138 tomorrow, I'll go ahead and reset my goal to 137.
The biggest thing I am looking forward to at goal is to be able to loosen up on Saturdays and indulge a bit. For now I will stay restrictive that day.
