My butt is SOOO sore today from the personal training yesterday! That trainer is a sadist!

Nothing new to report today. Went grocery shopping and walked to work from the train station for exercise. I'm feeling better in general with the carbs down a bit and protein up.

Microwavable Apple Cake dessert - Like the chocolate cake it's not overly sweet, but this is a good thing. No need to feed the sweets demon in me. Lots of protein in this treat, so that's good. I cooked it flat, like a big cookie, but it was minimally helpful in getting rid of the "soy sponge" texture. Oh well, it still tasted good. 140 calories, 12g net carbs, 15g protein.

I'm told that all good trainers are ... because good training requires pushing people outside of their comfort zone. After all, if you're comfortable, that means your body is capable of handling what you're throwing at it, which means it's isn't adapting, which means it stays the same.

Maybe that's why God scourges every son and daughter he receives .. I wonder what kind of a personal trainer HE is?
