Week 21, Day 2

Calories eaten yesterday: 1387
Fat: 37g (25%)

Weight this morning: 135.8 (One week ago: 138.6)
Calories burned in exercise today: 101

Nothing much to report today. Ran into the City, walked to work from the BART station, and stopped at WalMart to pick up a few items.

I was up a 1/2 pound today over yesterday. Kind of expected that. I'm not pulling my goal bear out of the closet yet as I will probably gain while on vacation. If I can come in at 137 or less the week after I get back (Sunday, August 11), then I will pull her out. :)

Here's my updated goals:
1. hit 137 on any day (made Thursday, May 17!)
2. be under 140 at a nighttime weigh-in (made Thursday, July 12!)
3. hit 137 on a Sunday (made Sunday, July 22!)
4. hit 134 four days in a week
