I know I gained real weight over Thanksgiving just from the sheer amount of food so I am not going near the scale.
Food-wise I'm doing another detox day of meat and eggs with four deviled eggs for breakfast (8 halves), a plain double cheeseburger with mayo for lunch, and leftover pre-cooked chicken from yesterday for dinner. The fat really does keep me satisfied for hours. I may be on to something! :) Tomorrow I will see about adding in some salad. I do love my vegetables.
Made it to the gym today. Did weights for 50 minutes, then 20 on the pedal-type stairmaster, and 30 minutes walking at 3.5 mph and above. 1.8 miles covered.
