Abby's collar, take 2

Well, the collar came off. I noticed last night it was loose and it was on the floor by this morning. Stupid cat. This was a belt-type collar. How the hell did this houdini cat get it off?!? I swear this cat is smarter than every collar manufacturer out there! Grrr...
