I have GOT to do something about my Saturday eating. It's way off the charts in terms of anything sane and it's only gotten worse since hitting goal.
Step one: I'm pledging not to buy any more sugar free candy for the entire month of February. If I want something it will have to be what's already in the house. That should keep me away from those evil Atkins chocolate coconut candy bars. Those things literally call my name and say, "Eat me!"
