Woot! Doing well with the calories and carbs here. I need to lower calories on weekends, as I suspect that sabotages anything I do during the week.
Yesterday my calories were 1476 with only 38 carbs. That doesn't count the one gumdrop I had. :) Walking burned 84 calories, adding up to a small calorie deficit for the day.
Today I am still a little sore from Bay To Breakers race, but I did go to the gym today and was able to do a pretty hard workout. I did just over 35 minutes of weights, then 20 minutes of the pedal-type stairmaster, 30 on the elliptical (the crossramp without arms), and 10 minutes of walking to make it an even hour of cardio. FitDay says 342 calories.
